They are the real creators. They are like magnets and attract lot of followers. They are charismatic.
The ideal leader is a man who is strong, proud, clean, wise, fearless and guiltless.
2 The followers
Majority is born to be followers. Their individual ego is very weak. They struggle and suffer in the game called life, if they play alone.
The only way, they can succeed is when they surrendered to a leader and merge their ego with the leader.
