a thing or not regardless of the size or scope of the event or circumstance being considered and regardless of who you are, what country you may live in, or what your religious preference (or lack of) might be.
It is due to the Power of Belief (or non-belief) which causes ANY condition, event, or circumstance that you experience in your life to manifest, and it's outcome is only dependent on whether you believe that the thing can (belief) or whether you think it can't (non-belief) manifest.
In the case of a "Can Do" belief, many miraculous events that "appear" and are "perceived" to be outside of the realm of human possibility occur regularly all around the world and continuously astound the masses. (perceived miracles)
So how is it that these "perceived miracles" are regularly witnessed and experienced?
Due to the awesome and unwavering power of belief
There is absolutely nothing that can be conceived with the human mind that cannot or will not be brought into physical manifestation, and in fact, a result IS, and must ALWAYS be brought into manifestation 100% of the time, the outcome of which is based ONLY on the belief ( faith ) of the person.
Doubt (Non-Belief) is established through the same process. Doubt begins as a thought, which is also based on a belief (in this case non-belief or "false belief") creates an emotion (fear) which = Physical manifestation of the absence of the thing thought of, or more of what you fear and DON'T want!
